Payment Terms: Payment for services is due monthly or PIF prior to the commencement of any coaching sessions unless a payment plan has been agreed upon in writing.

Refund Policy: Payments for coaching sessions are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Missed sessions or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of that session and no refund will be provided.

Commitment to the Process: Holistic life coaching is a collaborative process requiring commitment from both the coach and the client. Your active participation and adherence to the agreed payment schedule are essential for the effectiveness of the coaching program.
